Inner Circle now has two options for business owners!
Emerging Groups – Our definition of “Emerging Businesses” – is a somewhat broad definition. It includes newer businesses as well as those that have been around for many years. Both have a desire to take their business to the next level. Generally, they range between $500,000 – $2,000,000 in gross revenue. They currently have a board of directors of me myself and I and seek the interaction, input and guidance from other owners who understand where they are and what they need to accomplish. Owners/CEOs still receive the Inner Circle proprietary process, with a few less amenities and services. Plus, this group is more tactical in nature.
Growth Groups – Our definition of “Growth Businesses” – is a somewhat broad definition as well. It includes established businesses. They also want to take their business to the next level. Generally, they range between $2,000,000 – $50,000,000 in gross revenue. They get the full Inner Circle experience, processes and services and the focus is on the strategic nature of working on the business and not in the business.
Both groups have people issues, operations issues, sales and marketing issues and some financial issues and both are seeking the interaction, input and guidance from other owners who understand where they are and what they need to accomplish (their own Advisory Board). And both realize they have been operating tactically and want to operate more strategically, but because of their size and perhaps age of business they have different issues.
