With a background of entrepreneurial and corporate experience, Bill is known as a driven, hands-on team leader whose focus is on not just what his clients asks for, but what they really need. He has an extensive background in strategic planning and implementation, new business start-up and development, marketing, sales, franchising, distribution, operations, project management, budgeting and P&L, organizational development and all facets of tactical business execution. He has been honored to serve in an advisory role to small business and corporate boards.
Since founding Legacy Market Services in 2004 Bill has had the honor to lead multiple business clients in their strategic and tactical planning, participate as a Consulting Partner with The Kanan Marketing Group, serve as senior advisor and interim CEO at Auriton Solutions, and lead several collaborative project teams in the development of leading edge web and social media projects.
As Vice President at EMPO Corporation Bill created several strategic programs to drive business growth in human resources and financial services markets, as well as leading teams in mergers and acquisitions. He also worked closely with senior teams at sister companies Provinet Mortgage and Financial to develop business growth and team development programs.
As Founder of Music Go Round and corporate executive at Grow Biz International Bill was instrumental in helping grow INC and Fortunes identified fastest growing franchise retail chains specializing in the sale of used and new products. His flagship concept, Music Go Round, was the first and largest chain of used and new retail music equipment stores in the U.S.
Prior to founding Music Go Round Bill was a senior executive with AT&T Data Systems where he developed the companies first fully integrated Indirect Sales Channel Program. He also served as Product and Program Marketing lead for Control Data with responsibilities for five emerging PC product families, one of which included the launch of the IBM PC to Control Data sales channels and strategic partners.
